He pulls you over for "speeding" after a complaint was filed against him, claims to smell booze, gives 2 field test incorrectly, show breathylizer tests at 0.00 three times, and then tries to convince you that you may be diabetic and "they emit the odor of alcohol when having a reaction" as a last attempt to cover his ass, then calls in 3 more cops for help - oh yeah and no speeding ticket.
